SmackDown saved his biggest upset in the end, after a showdown between Roman Reigns and The Usos, Drew McIntyre, Karrion Kross and Scarlett would shockly return to WWE. Earlier in the day, it was reported that WWE had discussed bringing Kross back, but no one expected it to happen on the same day and with Scarlett as well. This is Triple H’s latest big move after taking over the WWE creative, fans are all over the comeback and Kross and Scarlett get a second chance at the main roster after their initial transition from NXT dissipated, and you can see some of those reactions starting on the next slide.
Kroos and Scarlett’s comeback wasn’t overly complicated and executed to perfection, a far cry from Kroos’ initial leap from NXT to Raw. Here he immediately looks like a threat after the return of this wonderful entrance and the brutal attack on McIntyre, and Scarlett sends a mysterious message to Reigns to end the big comeback.
Roman’s face was a beautiful mix of bewilderment and fascination as well, and now The Bloodline has a new challenge that isn’t something we’ve actually seen over and over again.
